My Practice

I have always felt a need to build, to express, and to give form to thought and feeling.

Web design

I design and build digital experiences that make information easier to navigate and understand. I focus on structure, usability, and responsive behavior.

Brand identity

Strong identities make organizations easier to recognize and understand. I enjoy shaping systems that feel cohesive, intentional, and practical to use.

Motion graphics

Whether it’s a subtle interaction or a larger animation, I’m very interested in how motion can guide attention and shape personality within a design.

Fine arts

Traditional media is where my creative practice began. It continues to shape how I think about composition, expression, and visual communication.

A Little Context

I’m a graphic design student at Truman State University, graduating in May 2027 with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Communication. Over the last few years, my interests have increasingly shifted toward the space where visual design and technology meet.

Through my work with Truman’s Union & Involvement Services, where I currently serve as Outreach Team Lead, I’ve gained experience designing within existing brand systems, maintaining websites, and collaborating with people across the university. I also spent the summer of 2026 interning at Design Resources, Inc., where I had the opportunity to learn from established creative teams and contribute to real client work for their apparel brand DRI Duck.

I tend to learn by digging into things until I understand how they work. That curiosity has led me deeper into Figma, WordPress, front-end development, and the challenge of creating digital experiences that are not only visually engaging but practical to use and maintain.
